What is RSS?
RSS enables you to keep up with news items, articles and other publications as they appear on your favourite websites. Your RSS feed reader will periodically check for and download any new content items that it finds in feeds that you have subscribed to, and aggregate these for you to view in one place. There are many different feed readers, some free and some not.
How to subscribe
Click the RSS button. One of two thing will happen. Either:
- your feed reader will initiate its own automated subscription process – simply follow any instructions or prompts; or
- a page of code will open. Ignore the code but copy the page's URL and paste it into your feed reader, again following any instructions.
