We specialise in creating accessible PDF, HTML and Word forms.
PDF forms are simple to create and distribute, and responses can easily be processed electronically. They are also relatively straightforward to make accessible. This makes PDF an ideal format for creating job applications, diversity monitoring forms, surveys, questionnaires and much more.
HTML
All our HTML forms are optimised for usability and are accessible to users of assistive technologies, including screen readers. We also supply screen reader friendly form validation scripts as standard with any HTML form.
Word
Forms built in Microsoft Word can be accessible but most are not. We can design and build fully accessible Word forms. Alternatively, we offer training that will enable you to make any Word-based form fully accessible.
