We regularly train BBC departments, local and central government organisations, charities, graphic design agencies/typesetters and others in all aspects of PDF accessibility.
One day course
Our standard one day course typically focuses on document production in Microsoft Word (or OpenOffice Writer) and editing in Acrobat Professional, but can also include modules on Adobe InDesign or PDF forms. For more details please see:
Advanced PDF accessibility, two day course
This course offers a highly cost effective way to train your whole team, from graphic designers using InDesign to document authors using Microsoft Word, to web editors and producers using Acrobat Professional and LiveCycle Designer. The course now also covers mapping the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) to accessible PDF authoring and editing techniques. Optional additional modules include accessible PDF-based multimedia and simple JavaScript techniques for enhanced PDF accessibility. For more details please see:
PDF forms
This course covers all aspects of accessible PDF form creation in Acrobat Professional and/or LiveCycle Designer. The course content is flexible but can include everything from simple contact forms to complex calculators to job application forms. It can be tailored to the needs of a wide range of content producers from web editors to HR departments. For more details please see:
